Estrada leads an ordinary life with his job and his family, until a medical diagnosis reveals that he has an incurable disease, to collect the insurance, he has to die in the line of duty, but he does not succeed. Only a professional killer will be able to help him and keep his secret. Suddenly Dr. Alejandro and his inseparable compadre Sergeant Juan Guzman give him the news that his test results were mistakenly switched with those of another patient in the labs, by which time Estrada is already in trouble and it is too late to undo the deal.
